What we do

Every part of the door, from the spring to the dock plate.

We service all garage doors, springs and motors, for houses and for businesses. If it opens, closes, rolls up or seals a loading dock, we can work on it.

Broken springs & repairs

Snapped torsion springs, frayed cables, worn rollers and doors that have come off the track. Most repairs are done the same day you call.

Openers & motors

We service and install garage door motors, from a tired opener that won't respond to a brand-new quiet unit with remotes.

New & replacement doors

New doors for new builds, detached garages and shops, and replacements for damaged doors, including odd sizes that have to be ordered.

Commercial doors

Sectional and rolling steel doors, fire doors, high-speed doors and bug screens for shops, warehouses and plants.

Loading dock equipment

Dock levelers, seals and shelters, bumpers, truck restraints and safety barriers, installed and repaired.

Service you can count on

Small company, owner on the job. Every labor job carries a one-year warranty, and longtime customers call us back year after year.

Door stuck? Spring snapped with a bang?

Don't try to force the door or lift it by hand. A broken spring leaves the door's full weight unsupported, and the cables and opener can give way. Leave it closed, keep kids and cars clear, and call. We offer same-day service.

“Terry was great. I called him at 8AM and asked about getting my garage door springs replaced… He called at 12:15 and said he was on his way. 45 minutes later my springs were installed, the door was working better than ever, and Terry and I had talked about fishing, hunting and raising children. Great guy and I highly recommend both the man and his work.”

Questions

Good questions, straight answers.

How do I know if my garage door spring is broken?

Common signs: a loud bang from the garage, a door that suddenly feels very heavy or only lifts a few inches, an opener that strains or stops, or a visible gap in the coiled spring above the door. If you see any of these, stop using the door and call us.

Should I repair my door or replace it?

Most problems, like springs, cables, rollers and openers, are repairs. Replacement makes sense when panels are badly damaged or rusted, the door is very old, or you want a new look. We'll tell you honestly which one makes sense for your door.

Do you work on commercial doors and loading docks?

Yes. We service sectional and rolling steel doors, fire doors, high-speed doors and bug screens, plus dock levelers, seals, shelters, bumpers, truck restraints and safety barriers.

Can you come out the same day?

Same-day service is what we're known for. Call (336) 681-3001 and we'll tell you when we can be there.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in High Point and work across the Triad, including Greensboro, Jamestown, Archdale, Thomasville and nearby towns. Call to check your address.
